Everyday 1A: Will Cobb County be sued again? (5/31/2013)

Marietta, Georgia: Two Cobb County Sheriff’s Department deputies were ran down by an angry woman, leaving one of the deputies in direct need of surgery. But the story does not end there. An eyewitness captured footage of the woman’s arrest, and his family reported that the device used to capture the arrest was confiscated under threat of arrest, and the eyewitness later received his device back without the video.

Concerned family members stated that a lawyer was needed and the eyewitness is trying to get the video recovered. The family was referred to Cynthia Counts, of The Counts Law Group. (lawcounts.com)
